The experienced providers at Maury Regional Urgent Care locations in Columbia and Spring Hill can help you on the road to recovery with quick, convenient care for adults and children. Our providers are all members of Maury Regional Medical Group, a network of primary care and specialty practices affiliated with Maury Regional Health. Our urgent care professionals treat a variety of conditions, the most common including:

• Cold, cough and flu
• Sore throat, strep throat and sinus infections
• Minor cuts
• Rashes, poison ivy and other skin conditions
• Muscle injuries, sprains and strains
• Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea
• Bladder infections

In addition, we offer immunizations such as Tetanus and Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis (Tdap).

Maury Regional Urgent Care centers share the same medical record and patient portal with the hospitals and physician practices throughout the Maury Regional Health system, enhancing care coordination between providers. Our services include:

• On-site digital X-ray
• On-site blood work (same-day results available in Columbia location)
• Flu and strep testing
• COVID-19 testing (symptomatic testing available at Columbia & North Columbia locations)
• Urinalysis
• Suturing 
• Electrocardiogram (EKG)
• Direct hospital admission for those needing a higher level of care (Columbia location only)

Maury Regional Urgent Care in Spring Hill also provides seamless transition for patients needing CT and ultrasound imaging through our relationship with Spring Hill Imaging Center, located in the same building.*

*Spring Hill Imaging bills separately.

Insurance & Payment

Maury Regional Urgent Care accepts most insurance plans; however, we encourage you to contact us for coverage verification. We do not accept Medicaid or TennCare. 

Co-pays are required at the time of service and additional charges may apply depending upon your insurance plan. We accept credit cards, checks and cash. For those who are uninsured, we request $50 be paid at the time of service. Discounts may apply for additional health services for those who qualify.
