Nursing is committed to models of excellence that include shared governance and MRMC is one of only 35 hospitals worldwide with a nurse residency program receiving Practice Transition Accreditation Program designation by ANCC. In addition, MRMC has held Pathway to Excellence designation from the ANCC since 2011.
